The Dave Egerton Band's return

This documentary video was recorded on the 6th June 2021 at the band’s very first rehearsal after 15 months of not being able to rehearse or play together. There are a number of interviews with band members who are clearly emotional and excited.

During the 15 months that the band were unable to rehearse band leaders kept the band together with weekly online meetings and email updates. Some band members talk about how this has been a great help to them during lockdown. Other band members took up the challenge of creating a quiz and there is obviously mixed thoughts as to who’s was the best quiz??

One hilarious zoom rehearsal demonstrated the variety of broadband connection speeds and of course the excerpts from the concert itself which sounded amazing considering they had not played together for 15 months.

The video was created for the band, to capture this important day when they finally got back together for this reason it is not the short 1, 2 or 3 minute social media standard, but ALL of the interviews and a large proportion of the music are all included.
